Let’s talk about the real difference between feeling good and being good enough.
Can you remember the last time you let yourself feel good and didn’t feel guilty or worried about it?
Wonder why you don’t give yourself permission to feel good on your terms?
And then think “but wait… I do deserve to feel good! It’s my birthright, right?”
If you have a good life, it may be difficult for some to understand or appreciate, how you have struggled with allowing yourself to feel good without feeling like you have to prove something to someone else to actually have that feeling.
My experience has been exactly that.
Don’t get me wrong, I know how to and do take really good care of myself… though regardless of what I was doing, simply feeling good was often missing.
It’s why I bitched and complained so much; especially when my husband or family ask me about “what I’m doing”.
Can you relate?
Do you spend time and money on self-improvement books, yoga classes, green drinks and smoothies, regular pick me up trips to the hair and nail salon, massages, etc?
Contrary to what some may think, it’s not about feeling good enough… you can feel “I am good enough” and still simply not know what truly feels good to you.
What feels good to you is unique and personal, and totally worthy of your exploration, self-inquiry and investment of time and energy.
So, while it may be our birthright to feel good… it doesn’t always translate into our personal lives. We may have missed receiving or misinterpreted something we heard, felt or learned that taught us differently.
If you follow the Universal Spiritual Laws, you’ll probably agree that what you think and believe may create your reality.
However, what I know is… it is what you feel that creates your experience of that reality… because the sticky proteins in your cellular DNA responds to your repeated emotion.
Changing your beliefs is very powerful though as equally important is to allow yourself to have and instill a new feeling and energy.
As I have taught for many years, in the Energy System Reboot® Method… it’s all energy (information that vibrates).
