It’s Never Too Late to Heal.
Fully and completely.
Your days of healing are not over just because you are over the age of 40!
In fact, most people come into their life-transformative healing awakening around the age of 40.
More accurately most people begin the conscious awareness for deep levels and layers of healing, beyond the physical, generally from a physical challenge of illness, injury or disease.
Perhaps I’m only speaking from personal experience reflecting back on the many wake-up calls my body gave me every decade of my life.
But I also have worked with over a thousand clients over the past decade facilitating their healing journey, who begin their deeper healing process due to a physical presenting problem.
Often the physical ailments have been brewing for years.
What I’ve learned and joyfully teach is this…
Self-healing is an important process that we all go through in order to move on from our past. Unfortunately, many of us never learn how to do this effectively. We tend to bottle up our emotions and suffer in silence. If you’re reading this, it’s not too late for you! In this blog post, we will discuss 5 simple steps for self-healing that will help you move on from your past and live a happier life.
Step #01: Be Patient With Yourself
One of the most important things to remember when healing is to be patient with yourself. It takes time to heal old wounds, and rushing the process will only make it harder in the long run. Allow yourself the time and space you need to work through your emotions.
Step #02: Set Aside the Notion That Someone is the Healer
Many of us are conditioned to believe that we need someone else – a doctor, therapist, etc. – to help us heal. This is not true! You are the only one who can heal yourself. No one knows your body and mind better than you do. Trust in yourself and your ability to heal.
Step #03: Help Others on Their Path of Healing
One of the best things you can do for yourself is to help others on their path of healing. When you reach out to others and offer them your support, it not only helps them, but it also helps you feel connected and less alone. We are all in this together!
Step #04: Stay Present
It’s important to stay present during the healing process. This means being mindful of your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Don’t dwell on the past or worry about the future. Just focus on the here and now. Breathe deeply and let go of all the stress and anxiety.
Step #05: Unlearn the Old
One of the best things you can do for yourself during the healing process is to unlearn the old. This means letting go of any negative thoughts, beliefs, or emotions that are no longer serving you. Replace them with positive ones that will help you move on. When you unlearn the old, you make room for new and better things to come into your life.
I hope these five steps will help you on your journey of self-healing. Remember to be patient with yourself, stay present, and unlearn the old. Wishing you all the best in this process!
