There was a time when I thought I had to do it all.
I kept everyone happy, took care of responsibilities, and put myself last—until it took a toll on my health and my happiness. I was exhausted, struggling with physical pain, and feeling disconnected from myself.
That’s when I discovered the power of energy healing—not as a last resort, but as a path to reclaim my vitality, clarity, and inner peace. Healing wasn’t just about “fixing something.” It was about understanding, releasing, and transforming.
Today, as an experienced Holistic Registered Nurse, ThetaHealing® Certificate of Science Instructor, Certified Healing Touch Practitioner, founder of the Energy System Reboot® Method, and author of Align & Shine, I continue to help women around the globe compassionately uncover the hidden blocks keeping them stuck, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and create lasting shifts in their lives.
For me, that means:
- Cherishing deep, meaningful moments with my family
- Laughing and playing—whether it’s on the Pickleball courts, game nights with lifelong Mahjong besties, or celebrating life in my brightest Lilly outfit
- Cuddling up with Sugar (the fluffiest, most love-filled companion)
- Finding joy in the little things and embracing the power of real connection
And that’s exactly what I want for you too.
Healing isn’t about spending years trying to figure it all out on your own. I’ve spent tons of money, days, hours, months, and years on this journey—so you don’t have to. My greatest joy is guiding you to find your path faster, so you can spend more time enjoying what (and who) you love.
